About Christy
I am a holistic life and wellness coach, a teacher, a writer, a speaker, a celebrant, a maker of things artful and creative, a yogini, and a pretty decent cook. I am a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a caregiver for my elderly parents and a midwife to their time of dying. I am a creator of sanctuaries for birds and human beings, a gardener of plants and possibilities.
I created Wisdom Scout as a way to serve clients
- who want support in living into their goals and dreams,
- who are interested in living lives of meaning and connection, and
- who realize that having the support of an experienced coach and teacher, especially when working through life transitions, can be a wise investment of time, money, and energy.
As an experienced, “born teacher,” I am adept at discerning the best ways to teach material, strategies, and skills to clients and groups, keeping in mind what will best serve their purposes, values, beliefs, and learning styles. As a skilled and intuitive coach, I help clients clarify and master not only their highest goals and best intentions, but also their true concerns. I am a steadfast guide and advocate, serving clients in expanding their potentials and transforming their lives. The artful weaving of teaching and coaching, combined with my big basket of wisdom ways is my “secret sauce!”
